At Kisan Café, we want every customer and every
KCJSS (Kisan Café Jeevan Samriddhi System) member to have complete confidence in our products.
This Return & Refund Policy explains how returns, replacements, and refunds are handled.
1. Eligibility for Returns
A product purchased from Kisan Café or the Kisan Café E-Cart is eligible for return if:
- The product is unused, sealed, and in original condition
- The product is damaged, leaking, or defective at the time of delivery
- The product delivered is different from what was ordered
The return request is raised within:
➡ 7 days from the date of delivery
2. Non-Returnable Items
For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned once opened:
- Oils that have been opened or used
- Ayurvedic consumables (if seal is broken)
- Any product with tampered packaging
- Products damaged due to customer mishandling
Opened, used, or partially used products are not eligible for return or refund.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact our support team at support@kisancafe.com or WhatsApp helpline
- Provide: Order ID, Product details, Photos/videos of the damage (if applicable)
Our team will verify the request, arrange a pickup (if approved), and after product inspection, refund or replacement will be processed.
The company reserves the right to approve or reject a return request based on inspection findings.
4. Replacement Policy
A replacement may be issued if:
- The product is damaged during transit
- The product is defective
- The wrong product was delivered
Replacements are subject to product availability.
5. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed only under these conditions:
- Successful approval of return
- Product received back in original condition
- Refund initiated to bank/UPI within 7–10 business days
- Refund is issued to the original mode of payment only
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue is caused by Kisan Café.
6. No Refund on KCJSS Joining Contribution
KCJSS membership has ZERO joining fees. The ₹1500 collected is strictly for product purchase only, not for registration.
- No refunds are issued for joining or contribution
- Only damaged/defective product refunds apply
- KCJSS is a Health Growth System, not an enrollment-fee-based program
7. Return & Refund for KCJSS Members
KCJSS members must follow the same process as customers.
However, returns cannot be used to manipulate repurchase requirements or activity status.
Important points:
- If a member returns a product, the repurchase credit is reversed
- Active status will be removed if repurchase requirement is not fulfilled
- Return policy cannot be misused for commission eligibility
- Fraudulent returns may lead to account suspension or termination
8. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be canceled before dispatch only.
Once dispatched, cancellation is not allowed and must follow the return process.
9. Abuse of Return Policy
Kisan Café reserves the right to deny service, suspend accounts, or permanently remove a member/customer if:
- Multiple returns are made without valid reason
- Products are intentionally damaged
- Return policy is misused to avoid payment
- Return/Refund requests contradict KCJSS rules
10. Liability Disclaimer
Kisan Café is not responsible for:
- Delays due to courier partners
- Incorrect address provided by the customer
- Product allergies (ingredients are clearly mentioned)
- Personal dislikes or taste preferences
Returns are only allowed based on genuine product issues.
11. Legal Compliance
This Return & Refund Policy follows all applicable rules under:
- Consumer Protection Act 2019
- Direct Selling Rules 2021
- E-Commerce Rules 2020
- IT Act 2000
Kisan Café may update this policy anytime to maintain compliance and quality.
